Original Text Format that Can Be Handled
You are requested to send source texts in formats that can be attached to e-mails such as zip files. When the file size exceeds 10 MB, please use services such as YouSendIt.
If you are located in Japan, you can send source texts by FAX, but, additional fees may be required.
You can also send source texts by mail or couriers at your own expenses. We will start estimating only after receiving the source texts at our end.

Delivery Format
Deliverables will be translated Word, Excel, PowerPoint, text or SDLXLIFF files. We can discuss for other file formats.
Additional fees may apply for complicated formatting and layout. Click here for a sample.
We will also be pleased to edit images that contain target text if necessary.
Please refer to Japanese-English Translation Sample (2) and Japanese-English Translation Sample (4).
Of course, it is also possible to simply list translated text in a Word file without any formatting.
In this case, we will number the original text, and provide the numbered file, with which customer can find translated text corresponding to each of the originals
